Whether you’re brand new to Norwex, getting ready to do your very first party, brushing up on your product knowledge, restarting your Norwex business, or helping train a new Consultant of your own, you are in the right place!
I started my Norwex business in 2009, and believe me—I did NOT know everything when I started. I didn’t have all the answers. I certainly wasn’t a professional salesperson. And I was nervous before those first parties! But I loved the products, believed in the mission, and was willing to start sharing what I was learning. Seventeen years later, I’ve had the privilege of training and mentoring thousands of Norwex Consultants, and if there’s one thing I want you to know, it’s this:
You do NOT need to know everything before you start.
Learn the basics.
Practice, practice, practice.
Share what you love.
Find your own voice.
Practice some more.
And KEEP GOING.

That’s actually one of the reasons I felt led to create this page! After 17 years with Norwex, I have SO much training and experience I want to share, and creating public resources like these allows me to help far more Consultants than I ever could one-on-one.

You can find them right inside your Norwex.com Consultant Back Office:
Reports → Team Relationship Manager (TRM) → Click your name → Select “Upline”
That will allow you to see the leadership line above you so you know who to reach out to for personal support.
New Norwex Consultant? START HERE! 🎉
If you’re brand new, don’t overwhelm yourself trying to learn everything at once.
Here are the first things I’d focus on:
1. Learn how to share The Norwegian Way.
You don’t need to memorize a script—you need to understand the basic flow and get comfortable explaining why Norwex is different.

2. Get familiar with the catalog and your products.
You don’t need to know every product before you begin! Start with the products you use and love, then continue building your product knowledge.

3. Do your first two parties.
One of the best ways to learn is simply to DO it. I encourage new Consultants to host two of their own demos within their first two weeks. In-person is my current fave, but if you know you want to build online, your first two can absolutely be Zoom, Facebook, text parties, etc.
4. Ask four people to be your first hosts. (Aim to hold these four parties within your first 45 days to reach momentum.)
Think friends, family, neighbors or acquaintances. You might even offer them a little extra gift in addition to the Host Rewards they’ll earn from Norwex.
And here’s another idea: LEND them some of your products first! Ask for their honest feedback and find out what they liked (or didn’t like). Often, once someone has experienced the products for themselves, they’re genuinely excited to have you share with their peeps!
5. Stay connected to your sponsor and team.
Ask questions. Attend training. Find out what systems and resources your team already has available for you. Reach out to your upline leaders to introduce yourself and let them know you’re wanting to build your Norwex business! I venture a guess that they’ll be SO excited to hear from you!
6. Use Norwex’s official resources, too.
Norwex has an incredible library of current product, party and business resources for Consultants. I’ll show you where to find my favorites below. Below, I link how to instructions on how to set up a party/event link, how to attach orders and bookings to your parties, how to enroll new team members, and more!
Remember… you do NOT need to reinvent the wheel! Which brings me to one of the biggest questions I hear from new Consultants…
How to Do a Norwex Norwegian Way Party
“But what do I SAY at a Norwex party?” “How do I do a Norwex party?”
First, I don’t want you to watch someone else’s party and think you need to memorize every word. You don’t. Instead, watch the FLOW.
I recently recorded an actual Norwegian Way Party, and I’m sharing the entire thing so you can see what a real Norwex party can look like from beginning to end.

What You’ll See in This Norwex Party Training
As you watch, pay attention to how I:
- Open the party and start engaging guests
- Explain the four primary ways we clean
- Introduce mechanical cleaning
- Demonstrate the EnviroCloth and Window Cloth
- Explain the Dust Mitt
- Talk about microfiber care
- Introduce Specialty Cleaners & enzymatic cleaning
- Demonstrate Cleaning Paste with Sharpie on a tile
- Speak to Bathroom Cleaner (using natural descaling properties)
- Introduce enzyme cleaners: Multipurpose, Mattress Cleaner, Biozyme, Ultrazyme
- Talk about replacing disposable products
- Plant “seeds” about hosting
- Naturally introduce the Norwex opportunity
- Share my own Norwex story
- Answer common Consultant questions
- Booking talk or game
- Close the party
Don’t try to become Sonya. 😂 (I’m not sure the world can handle any more Sonya’s, LOL! But they sure do need a YOU!)
Take the ideas you like. Listen to how the pieces transition together. Think about what sounds natural coming out of YOUR mouth.
Then practice, practice, practice it and make it your own!

🍿 Norwex Product Training
One of the best ways to become a confident Consultant is simply to know and USE your products! I do this video to train my team on all the Norwex products by walking through the current catalog. They tell me this has been super helpful in building their confidence around the products.
You don’t have to memorize the catalog. Start with the products you love most and build from there.
And remember—you don’t have to recreate every product demonstration yourself.

We are only in 4% of homes currently, so most people at your parties will still need to hear about the basics!

That’s really the goal. Get the products for your own home. Learn how to use them. Use them yourself. Then confidently share what you know. I’m nuts about our products, but there are a few I don’t love. And that’s OK. If you don’t love everything, just sell what you love!

Use the Company Training AND Learn From Other Consultants
This is where I think BOTH are valuable. Think of Norwex’s corporate training as your home for official, current company information, tools and programs. And use the training I’m sharing here to see how I take some of those concepts and actually put them into practice in the real world. Growing Your Norwex Business 💼
Great products are only part of building a successful business. Over the years, I’ve learned that building a business also means learning how to:
Build your list—who do you know? When you actually sit down and start writing names, you’ll probably be surprised by how many people you know!
Serve people well.
Lend out your Norwex products to your peeps.
Follow up.
Set goals.
STRETCH your comfort zone.
Build relationships. We are in a relationship business… helping others!
Develop confidence.
Become a leader. Learn the Norwex comp plan.
And keep going when things don’t happen quite as quickly as you hoped they would.
